Accessibility Statement – English Translation

The Law Office of Ariel Danieli is a law firm providing legal services.

The purpose of this statement is to streamline the use of our website and improve our service in all matters relating to accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities.
Our accessibility adaptations were carried out in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 5773‑2013, to level AA, subject to changes and adaptations made in the Israeli Standard document.
The accessibility adaptations were tested in the Chrome browser.

Accessibility measures implemented on the website:

• Support for all standard, commonly used browsers.

• The website content is written in clear language, and readable fonts are used.

• The website structure is built using headings, paragraphs, and lists.

• Navigation on the website is simple and convenient and includes clear and available menus.

• Links on the website are clear and explain where the user will be directed after clicking them.

• Links at the top and bottom of the page enable skipping directly to the content.

• Textual descriptions (alt text) for images and icons for the benefit of assistive technologies.

• Adaptation of the website to different work environments and screen resolutions (responsiveness).

• Accessible menus, forms and fields, and a logical hierarchy of headings.

Changing the website display

• You can increase or decrease the website’s display by pressing one of the “CTRL” keys together with the mouse scroll wheel, or by pressing “CTRL” and the “+” sign to enlarge the display, or “CTRL” and the “‑” sign to reduce the display. Each click will increase or decrease the screen size by ten percent (10%).

• Font size can be changed using the accessibility menu available on the website.

• Users who do not have a mouse or cannot use a mouse can operate the features available on the website by pressing the “TAB” key. Each press will move the focus to the next option on the site.
  Pressing the “Enter” key will activate the link on which the focus is currently located.

• The website does not include flashing, flickering, or moving content. In places where such content appears, it can be stopped by hovering over it and clicking with the mouse, or by moving the focus to it using the “TAB” key and pressing the “Enter” key.

Website adaptations for users with visual and hearing impairments

• Basic display (resolution) magnification tools.

• Voice recognition software.

• Voice recognition packages provided by operating systems.

Accessibility reservations

The website management does everything possible to ensure that all pages displayed are accessible. Nevertheless, it is possible that there are pages that have not yet been made accessible, or for which an appropriate technological solution for accessibility has not yet been found. In addition, it is possible that in external advertisements inserted by business owners who advertise on the site, the accessibility will not be complete or sufficient.
